Updating social media with new graphics

After finishing my website, hunting for references and uploading a video with updates on my YouTube channel it was time to work on some new graphics for my social media profiles.

I had no idea at all about what I really wanted but I knew I had to come up with something special. So I did my best!

It might not be the most perfect piece of banners you’ve ever seen but I really enjoy what I’m doing these days and I feel I’m on the right track to something good… something GREAT!

Anyway, below are the results for Twitter, Facebook and YouTube:

Out shooting references

A couple of days ago I got up early in the morning, grabbed my phone, my backpack and my bike and then went out to explore some new references.

I knew what I wanted – some photos of a closed down diner – but on the way I just had to stop several times only to be amazed by the surroundings.

I’m so fortunate to live where I live and knowing what opportunities lies outside my door just make me embrace it even more. I shoot with my phone and I don’t bother to manipulate it in Photoshop, etc. as I just play with the camera settings on my phone instead. It saves me time and it’s just more fun as I can adjust my settings while I take photos or recording. And my main goal is not to take the perfect photo or record the perfect video, but instead my focus is on how I can create content that is of the best use for reference and that will guide me through my projects.

Anyway, on my roadtrip to the place with the closed down diner I was able to take photos of other tings as well. I had the river in my sight as well as a couple of bridges over the water and also the house where I live. So, in addition to the closed down diner I also got to shoot other references as well. On my bike I could really feel the breeze and the silence with only the birds singing and tweeting, the water running down the river and a couple of cars on the street from time to time. It was truly a great morning for me.

I hope you will enjoy my future reference as they will contain a lot from this journey.

PS!

As I crossed a small bridge two ducks flew over it. I was too late to record it but it was a spectacular sight. Maybe next time..

Oh, and if you expected to see a photo of the closed down diner, well you have to wait for the future references. But I think it’s worht it…

FINALLY!! CreativeFosse.com is here!

At last…

I’m happy to announce that I finally got a more personal website for what I love to do.
I consider this as my playground as well as a place for you creative people out there to come and learn, share your ideas and provide me some feedback on what I’m offering to you.

It took me a long time creating this website as I had to learn how to set up and use WordPress, learning new codes and figure out new ways to go around obstackles, etc. I’ve spend hours watching tutorials on YouTube, reading guides presented on different forums, etc.

So for the last few months I haven’t been as creative as I wanted to be and it hurt. I’ve dedicated my life to drawing and being creative since I was a kid and there was a period of time – through my youth and way into my adult life – where I HAD to draw every single day. Although I’m passed that period I still feel the urge to draw or being creative as hell if it’s been too long without creativity. For me it’s like breathing.

Anyway, this website is all about creativity. My creativity.

And I really hope you’ll enjoy the ride and pass this on to others as well.
Follow me on Facebook and Twitter, subscribe to my channel at YouTube and don’t forget to check out my profile at Newgrounds.
Share and comment. Give me feedbacks on my artwork, animation and the stuff I share for FREE. And most important: EMBRACE your creativity!

PS!
Sadly it seems that Chrome have some difficulties showing my website the way I want it to but I’ll figure it out.
Oh, and I’m from Norway so my english might not be that great from time to time.
